If you are buying the property, it is REQUIRED to have the DD (inspection period) and COE (close of escrow) on the same day (open escrow) in order to secure our money from going hard.... OR the funding for you, has to come in before the DD ends. This is the only way to lend EMD if you are the B-C (end buyer).
